Well, its funny cause there are always so many new people on any given board that any possible way for me to say hello has already been done to death, so I guess Ill just say hi :)

A little about me, if you care to read further, lol, I got an email from a friend a few days ago with a link to Johny Lees Wiimote project page and after watching the videos, well, I was hooked. After getting a wiimote (fyi, I dont even own a wii :p) and playing around I decided that I want to try and make some cool stuff using what it has to offer. Problem is, I dont know the first thing about coding :). Im just a simple 3d artist. So, I figured a place like this was perfect to get some help with that and possibly work with someone to make some cool stuff. I have an idea for a program that uses the finger tracking but with only two IR pens. Something that runs like a game and is largely a 3d environmant (my specialty :) and can be used for veiwing photos, videos, listening to music, browsing the internet and who knows, with the right person helping me, lots more :) So, if you think youre up to it send me a PM and Ill explain more and I could even put together a video of what I have in mind. So I guess thats it for my introduction and blatant self promotion, Im sure it will be nice meeting you all!

Hey! I'm kind of a 3D artist too. I just wanted to tell you in case you didn't know that the people of the project are actually working on a 3d tracking software. I guess that is SO convenient for us the 3d artists because we can sculpt on a cheaper way!

Welcome, I'm also a newcomer.

Hi Brandon. A lot of your writing goes for me too , don't even own a Wii, and i can only guess what it does untill i purchased it.
meanwhile i think former Swift3D guru  Jim Foley on Swiftdev is heading in the direction you would like to see.
