Hi there, i have been trying for days now to get an IR head tracker working with my computer and i figured the best solution is using the wiimote/freetrack but i can't get my wiimote to connect, i'm using Bluesoleil with a targus micro-usb bluetooth adapter. Bluesoleil wants a passkey and i can't provide one. and i have no idea how to take my mac address and put it backwards and flip the binary. I hope i can find help on these boards.

You can try using the Microsoft Bluetooth Stack instead of Bluesoleil.
You may remove Bluesoleil and plug your Bluetooth dongle into your computer. If the Bluetooth icon does not appear, use the tool from http://www.bluetoothinstaller.com

Then, you may use Smoothboard's SmoothConnect to connect your Wiimote.

Hi, you can use Microsoft Kinect Sensor to do this. Check out these videos in youtube:
http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=kinect+head+tracking&oq=kinect+head+tracking&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&gs_sm=e&gs_upl=49209l51951l0l52230l14l9l0l0l0l0l547l547l5-1l1l0
The biggest advantage of using Kinect is you don't have to wear anything on your head.
