Title: Getting TV to display the DesktopVR program
Post by: petemyster on January 11, 2008, 07:00:49 PM
fantastic videos, truely inspiring. But how did you get the program to display on the TV. Im guessing you had to connect your TV to your computer somehow so it could display the program (or perhaps you used voodo :P )

Would be much appreciateed, as its not as cool on a small laptop screen.

actually, you just hook up to your tv, some tv's come with hookups if not, get it from a radioshack or electronics store

Some laptops come with S-video (little round multi-pin port) and a dongle to convert that to Audio Video plugs (standard for most other video devices and standard inputs to most newer TVs).  Short of that you can get PC cards that will do TV out.
