Sorry if someone has already asked this.....

I have the head tracking demo working, using a pair of safety glasses with led's, which I've replaced with infra red, but I don't get the effect of objects in front of the screen that is seen in the video.

Because the camera is just one view, it has no depth perception. You, however, have 2 eyes, which gives you depth perception. And object would appear infront of the TV, but your brain can tell that it's still flat on the wall because of depth perception. Viewing it with one eye closed should yield better results.
