here is my current setup

One image displayed atm. It is 1920*1200px  so I set the parameters for the PanelTexture to be like this:

PanelTexture = Direct3D.TextureLoader.FromFile(
device,
@"C:\test.jpg",
1920,
1920,
...

the width and height of the image is calculated to be square (grid)
(that is why there is a big black background above the image)

if the values 1920 is set to 0 it is supposed to use values from file but this is overridden by something ...the grid-code perhaps

If you use an image that is square and set the parametars to that same width /height it looks just fine and there is no black background at all

Have to look deeper into that part...

I also noticed the image is flipped - i sorted that in GIMP...flip horisontal and flip vertical if i recall...

I bet you can flip in code as well...

I added settings to a config.dat just like the DesktopVR's settings
(easier to change, more userfriendly)

So far I have:

doFullscreen(true/false):false
m_dwWidth(int):1024
m_dwHeight(int):768
showGrid(true/false):false
showHelp(true/false):true
showMouseCursor(true/false):false

more to come...

Hi,

I'm trying to put Images in the grid with the help of LoadTexture function. But so far I was not successful. Can anyonce send me the modified WiiMultipointGrid.cs so that I can figure out what exactly needs to be done.

I thank you profusely in advance.

Hi all

First of all thank you all for sharing your ideas and code. I was able to put and play around with one image. I'm really excited about Finger tracking and it's possibilities :D

I will do some research to have more than just one image. I've never programmed in C# or DirectX but have programed in other languages, so i just need to warm up a bit ^^

Hope to bring news soon :)
