Hi all,

I setup the finger tracking hardware and software and got it to work just like in the video. First off I have no programming experience, except for some intermediate actionscript. We are doing a research project at work that we want to use the same kind of tracking but in much similar fashion.

We want to place the wiimote/LED setup on top of a computer monitor, we will have LED reflectors placed on glasses/goggles. The wiiremote will be connected to a laptop (seperate from the monitor) so what we want to do is track whenever somene looks at the main monitor and the laptop will record it. We dont need specifics like mouse coordinates etc. We just need on and off type stuff saved to a text file with a time stamp etc so we can track how many times the person looks at the monitor.

Would this be easy to do, It seems like the program on the website is perfect but it doesnt need the grid etc, just a "dumbed down" version of it to just keep track of when the crosshairs pop up on the screen and save it to a log file.
