Hi!

I did a LED array to try the finger tracking, but I am having problems with what seems to be noise. When I run the app and put my finger I can see the green cursor, but it constantly jumps all around the screen, sometimes even if only one finger is used, the other cursors (blue, red) appear too all of them jumping on the screen.

If I turn off the LED array and use the remote of the TV pointing at the Wiimote then the green cursor behaves as expected, keeping its position and moving with the remote.

Any ideas about what the problem could be? Maybe I am an alien and my skin is reflective to IR and that creates the noise  ;D

I am using a blue LED as a pilot light for the array, but I don't think it creates the problem. You can look at my array here http://www.wiimoteproject.com/ir-arrays/my-array/

Thanks

Have you tried to enhance the reflection of your fingers by using reflective tape ?

It makes a big difference...
