This might be a usefull (free!) program:

I haven't used it with the wiiboard yet, but it looks very easy to use. And it's free!

I use AnotatePro which looks identical and costs $29 shareware licence. Annotatepro is really powerful with the wiimote. Especially to enhance presentations for older students and adults.
