If you can use it with your mouse you can use it with your wiimote, so the only way to know is to test it.

It works pretty good. The scroll function is pretty cool. It's like the wheel on the ipod

Unfortunately InkSeine doesn't work on Windows XP Pro =/ At least not out of the box, and I haven't found any thing on Google about it.

Anywho, I don't know if anyone here will be able to do anything with this info, but on the off chance....

Dependency Walker complained about a missing DWMAPI.dll and a profile crashed with "Exited "INKSEINE.EXE" (process 0x1674) with code -1073740791 (0xC0000409)."

Yeah, granted I seem to have forgotten to mention that I actually downloaded it. Though I've had poor luck with dll-files before, so.... =/ (Didn't work, btw)

Maybe we should request an XP Pro compatable version, though I doubt they'd may much attention to us.

try start->run
regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\dwmapi.dll

that might register the dll for you, so it'll work. Otherwise, try putting the dll in the same file as the program.

actually, dwmapi.dll has nothing to do with a crash. dwmapi.dll is always missing, sort of like that javas.dll or whatever that used to. dwmapi.dll has to do with xp latest service pack or vista. i forget exactly what it does but it is not what is crashing you.

if your into tech tools, get "Debugging tools for windows" and run that program with WinDBG. you can set up the symbol path to get the symbols from microsoft and then it will tell you what exception is being thrown. that will tell you where your problem is.

dwmapi.dll is like a vista or ie7 desktop manager dll or something. i do not remember the specifics.

So, apparently, Ken Hinckley emailed me and explained that InkSeine simply won't work on XP Pro so.... good luck to everyone who has Vista and a Tablet Edition!

For me in Vista premium, which supports tablet PC, Inkseine with Smoothboard works BEAUTIFULLY.  I really don't think there is much difference in quality with a SmartBoard using this, if the calibration is good. Really worthwhile getting operative, for demonstrating the wiiboard to people, and is a great interface... I can't believe I am saying this, but I think I kind of like Microsoft vista, and the folks at Redmond!(http://)
