Hi, i'm trying to run smoothboard on a vista ultimate 64bit machine, and i keep getting this error

"Installation corrupted. Please reinstall the software"

I've tried deleting it, reinstalling it, restarting, and various combinations of those but still no dice.

perhaps it's not compatible?

Hi, I've got the sam problem. OS is Vista Business x64.
I've tried to install to several installation folders, disabled all defenders, reinstalled .NET 3.5 and .NET 3.5 SP1, and I've downloaded Smoothboard from all Mirros again and again ... but no success.
Always the error message "Installation corrupted. Please reinstall the software."

Do you have any further idea? Or is there a "verbose" mode to start Smoothboard so that i can give some more information what Smoothboard does not like on my setup?

Hey boonjin, thanks for the followup, yes it works now, thank you.

Only problem I'm noticing is connecting a second wii remote. but i'm not sure if thats a problem with the vista ultimate and wiiconnect or w/e.

Also, I rigged my IR light to a button, is there any way for the program to just move the cursor around when the pen is on, but when i double click the button and the light flashes for it to click/double click whatever it is currently mousing over?

Hi all,

It looks like the new built has issues with 64bit operating systems.

I will try to solve this issue as fast as possible. As a temporary measure, I will send the older Smoothboard built through email to those who needs it.
