hi everybody... currently I try to make a application that only detect a bluetooth tevide but in J2SE, however only I have found APIs for J2ME, and I was wondering if someone knows if there is an API for J2SE and support bluetooth.

Hi, click here for a list of Bluetooth stacks for JavaSE.

There are also many libraries to access the Wiimote that run on top of a Java Bluetooth stack. All of them work with J2SE (as far as I know):
