It's fresh and homemade in VB.NET using a bit of api calls.
Hold your left mousebutton (or your IR-pen button) for .4s to right-click.
You can easily use it with your whiteboard.
Best of all, it's simple and convenient.

Requirements:
.NET Framework 3.5 (Don't know if earlier versions work)

Aboslutely not - don't take it that way.

There are several "rightclickers" - code with a detection like yours where you hold the pen stationary for a while - and I think they all works just fine.

The downside is that if the time for detection is set to long it is hard to hold your pen steady enough for the application to register it as a rightclick. (this is expecially tricky if you work on a bigger whiteboard)

Here Boonjin's solution with a dedicated area as a button comes in handy and as a bonus he added several other "buttons" as well

Just another aproach that seems to do the job a little easier

I'm actually running both versions, depending on situation.
