it works with every application in windows, because all it does is position the mousecursor and click (or click and drag). So you can paint in photoshop, paintshop and paint etc, but you can also browse on the internet (keyboard is available onscreen @: start->all programs->accessories->ease of access->on-screen keyboard )
So it's really awesome. What it's not doing is something some tablet pens can do: measuring pressure. I've seen it at a friend's place, and the harder you push, the thicker the lines get in photoshop. So you won't be able to do that, but you will be able to do a lot of other stuff as well

so it's just a mouse replacer
