Hi there,

I am having trouble with calibration in all the versions of Johnny Lee's whiteboard software.

The screen for calibration won't go "fullscreen" on my laptop - it only shows up in about the same size as the application window of the whiteboard app. It will always pop open a little bit off-set to the whiteboard app, wherever i place that. But even if I place the app in the top left corner, to at least see the first cross hair - it doesn't seem to show. So i cannot see any crosshairs.

If i "guess" the location of the four crosshairs to calibrate, the tracking works but is just super rough.

Here is a screenshot of how the calibration screen appears only in about the same size as the main app window.

I am on Windows XP, an HP Laptop and my screen es is 1920*1200.
I have tested the Java-Whiteboard app and that works absolutely fine - but I'd like to get the C# version running as well.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your support!

Hi,

Have you tried Smoothboard?

Also, you may want to reduce the resolution to see whether it is the cause of your problem

Hi,

Just tried Smoothboard and it works fine.

Also tried to lower my resolution but the Johnny Lee app still gives me calibration screen bug. Although on the lowered resolution (1280 * 1024) it always had one crosshair in the white space. However, no matter where I placed the app window- the crosshair was stayed in the same place within that rectangle and so did not mark the top left corner of my screen. See screenshot below:

Does that help finding the problem in any way?
